Notes
Tough workout this morning as reflected by very mediocre paces. Definitely regret digging in at the French restaurant, but the cheese platter was irresistible, also soon I'll be back to rice beans chicken from mason jars every day so yolo. In my defense, the humidity today was 95% and everyone knows how much I suck at swimming (yes this also is a roast to my running form). But my legs are feeling great, finally no shin pain, sleep was 7:30 but woken up by 1000 decibel tropical thunder in the middle of the night. Gonna take a nice long nap this afternoon so I can make it til midnight. Also lingered to take a sweaty selfie which was punished by the mosquitos. That's what you get for being such a millennial.
