With grace today, nice to have some company.
Did various 45/45 and 90/90 on off reps
Shins are pretty bad today unfortunately, but I guess that's not a surprise after yesterday's workout. they didn't have any hot pack and available at the armory training room so I biked a little bit prior to the warm up and did some light rolling/stretching.
Also tried the compression thing today, feels pretty interesting and definitely gets the blood pumping in a cool way. Hard to tell if it's helping with the shins after trying it just once.
