2x5x(600m ‚hard‘ 200m jog )
Was pretty much ass and also tough that the only two female teammates I have are in insanely good shape so bye
I still tried my best and I think I didn’t do too bad
My legs felt like cement during that jog in the middle and I though the workout said 10 min recovery so omfg was I excited when we jogged one 600 and just hopped into the second set
My foot feels really good which is a plus for sure. Left shin feels a bit stressed now though
