beautiful morning. Green track covered in frost and a huge moon in the sky when I started.
Sun came out during the third rep. had to rush to class after without breakfast or shower that kinda sucked bc I was shivering.
"mile" was actually 1500 bc the GPS was a bit off.
good workout, felt surprisingly comfortable. might actually be able to run a 10k like that :O really feel my calves now oof. foot is ok and I even ran on my toes :)
