got some weird stuff going on with right foot over the past few days. Strange searing bottom of foot pain when stretching only (either calf or hammy while leaning and flexing foot), plus strange hard bone like lump stabbing feeling on bottom of foot before pinky toe. Not sure what to make of either of these.
