COMMENTS: from Junction Creek mile 26 to near Whitetop Station alittle past mile 32 and back. about 770 ft of elevation change each way. 2" of new powder on little to no base. Ran 6 min walked 2 throughout. Left knee and both heels hurt near end. Iceed both heels in snow with good effect Pulled rib muscle from yesterday's tire changing incident not a problem. Easier run than last Sunday but less spectacular over all. only saw one other person on trail xc skiing.
