COMMENTS: Stretched, 4oz juice and half banana, 5min walk .5 mile to trail. Shins hurt enough to keep me slow and my heart rate down, never seemed to get out of breathe and shins calmed down a bit by 3 miles. Drank about 8oz water total at about .5 mile intervals. Stretched 5 mins and walked home. 15 min in hot tub.
