Solid Hill workout today, at the close of a good distance day.

Did my 30 second power hills at my spot in East Rock park where I usually do them.

Was doing them in about 28 high today, so that feels good.

6x100m uphill sprints. 5 and 6 were definitely really tough, and lots of muscle failure by the time I got to my finish line on both of those final 2 reps.

Lactic acid for dayzzzzz.
