Woof.
That's the only word needed to describe that run this morning.
Dude, I'm so with you on this one.

Except I know you got less sleep, so that's not fair of me.

Missing you, lady! Keep taking care of yourself as best you can and savoring the moments of peace that a run to start off the day can bring. I like to imagine I'm running at your side, so tomorrow morning, do you want to have a virtual running date? I'll be out around 6-6:15, "see" you there!

Emma, I would love it. I'll be out between 6 and 6:15 as well. Thanks for giving me the motivation to get out of bed tomorrow morning. Looking forward to chatting about our lives together. I'll tell you about mine while I'm out, as long as you tell me about yours.
Miss you Spooner, so much.
B, a "woof" kind of a run is a "woof" kind of a run, regardless of the amount of sleep. The whole run this morning I was thinking about something my buddy Anders and I talked about last week.

"The only thing worse than running is not running."
It may be the truest thing I have ever heard, especially on runs like this morning. I try to remember that some mornings while I'm up here, to remember I get to run today, and that is the greatest gift we get.

Such an insightful, positive outlook! I love it. :) I love you ladies, and am so thankful for this community, near and far. I will most definitely catch you up (and do some venting) on my run tomorrow, Mags. You can count on it.
