Just an easy day today, the weather was beautiful: slightly humid, blue sky as far as the eye can see, sunny, it was a great way to wake up. Kept it short and easy, I was tired after 9 at a decent pace yesterday, and four days this week we've done something called primetime, which requires jumping in the air for about 40 min straight, and my calves and quads are shot. I really enjoyed the run, I forced myself to just run relaxed and not get into a rhythm, and by the time I was done the legs felt great.
