I opted not to do strength yesterday- a bummer, but I had some strange tightness and soreness only on my left side that felt different than just your run of the mill fatigue. I didn't want to go hit the weights hard and risk tweaking something. Instead I had a good core session and spent a bunch of time on the foam roller, and nothing bothered me at all today while I was out, so I think it was a good choice. Only 3 days until the next opportunity to lift, so I'll take the hit in exchange for health.

Legs felt absolutely awesome today, which was a bit surprising after a pretty big effort yesterday. But no complaining here. The temperature was fab, and the soft surface of the MRT made for a very enjoyable hour
