Strength Session at home with TRX Bands.

It's not possible for me to do any heavy lifting right now, but the band and jump/explosive sessions I've been doing are still making me stronger and leave my QUITE sore.

About 10 minutes core with the bands

Single-leg squats/lunges

Glute bridges

Hamstring Curls

Lat Rows

Bicep Curl/Tricep Extension

Chest Press
