Skied with Anders in the morning and we worked on some technique stuff.

We warmed-up for about a half hour and then skied to a nice little climb that was a good length and grade for V1 hill technique. We did some average speed and sprint-paced stuff and filmed each other so we could look very specifically at what was happening. It was quite helpful.

On one of the sprints I fell and got my first road rash of the summer. Check if off the list.
