Easy, solo run before my second practice of the day. Run felt pretty good. Lots of soreness in my glutes and core and shoulders, etc, but the running motion feels good and distinct from the skiing motion, so an easy 4 miles was actually quite pleasant.

Hoping for a good long run or workout tomorrow, after a pretty slow start to mileage this week. However, this is my down time, so whatever happens, happens. Shouldn't be too hard tomorrow because I only have one ski practice, its a technique day, and it will most likely be cancelled due to rain.
