4 miles outside. The weather is beautiful and the sun is out, it was a fantastic day to run out there! Downtown and then over the bouncy bridge and past the high school.
Then indoors to the track for:
600@3k
3x200 @ mile date pace
5x150 @ 800 date pace
The 600 felt harder than it should have. Its just meant to be a further warm up to prevent jumping directly into mile pace, and my legs felt heavy for those three laps. But after the 600 I put on my spikes and things started to loosen up and feel good. Each piece after that got better. The last couple 150's at 800 felt great.
