Thursdays are definitely my hardest workout of the week. This one was tough, but good.

I waited until the afternoon to give myself a little extra recovery time. After a solid 2 days of quality plus a lift on Monday and Tuesday, yesterday I was feeling pretty beat up, and I figured 8 extra hours today would be a good idea.

2 mile warm up

5x 1 mile at lactate threshold pace w/ 2 min job between

Numbers 4&5 were tough.

I did 2&3 repeats on weeks before I was sick, 4 repeats last week, and 5 this week. I'll try for the magic number 6 next week or perhaps stick with 5 next week and try 6 the week after, we shall see.

It was beautiful outside today!
