Finally caught up on a few entries from the last couple days.
I probably won't get back to last week. Ah well, such is life!
Ran an easy 7 miles on the Greenway today. The Greenway is a paved biking/running path that I can intercept about a mile from my apartment. It is an easy and flat route to take and great for a recovery run like this morning.
Kept the pace especially relaxed, as that is what felt best. I am feeling my hamstrings A LOT after a big day yesterday. Apart from the hamstrings, I felt pretty good.
Looking for a double this evening. There is a group of NHRR that is heading over to a local track to do some track work. I may join in for that if it feels like the right decision. Otherwise, I'll just try for a nice double again. I could also very easily get a workout in tomorrow or Thursday. Intended workout this week is 800s. The day it happens is quite flexible.
Plans for a long run on Saturday or Sunday, with some tempo miles embedded.
