Great, solo run in the gorgeous weather. Legs felt good.

Pinching/tightness at very superior end of right gluteus Maximus. Lots of tightness and pinching in daily movements, running fine after it warms up. Hopefully just a fleeting thing. Rolling out on a foam roller is very painful but helpful.

So, posteriorly. Medial, lateral? Into you back at all? Sequelae from the weekend at all? I know you mentioned right side tightness on Sunday.

All posterior, and very medial. Hard to get at with a stretch, I tried that a lot yesterday, but rolling out definitely does the trick. It's better today, and hopefully continues in that direction. First minute or so of the run this morning was really tight, but then it loosens up a bit. Lifted post-run and that didn't do any harm. I was very conscious of movement to make sure I didn't make it worse, but never felt anything. I'll just keep rolling out and keep my fingers crossed.
