Had a great run today with Lauren mordini, ally fillmore, and MADDIE!!! :)
Maddie came to town this weekend for the snow football weekend and to enjoy Decorah. I ran the mile from my house venneheim where Maddie is staying and picked up she and Lauren and Ally. We ran through downtown a bit and Lauren and Ally turned to head back towards campus. Maddie and I continued, heading out Montgomery, and went further than Maddie had planned. It was an exceptionally easy pace, but that was okay with me as that was what my legs were feeling. We had a great life chat and did much giggling. I was glad Maddie went 6 because it made the 8 I had planned for a lot easier. Dropped Maddie off and then ran the mile back home.
This run followed an EPIC game of snow football that was great fun. The upperclassmen/alumni team dominated, and I haven't had that much fun in a while. Great weather and great company.
