A very necessary, easy, slow run.

My calves and hamstrings are wrecked from a day on the track and tough hills. But a good kind of wrecked, and very pleased with the workout this week. Enjoyed the beautiful afternoon. 70 today, woop woop!

It's been 65 and sunny for a week straight now, and summer is a comin. Absolutely love it.
