Notes

Had a decent hill workout this morning. Got to run mid-morning at my favorite running time, so that was certainly a plus.

My legs are still feeling some fatigue from last weekend. Mostly my right calf.

I planned for 6 hills but decided 5 was a good number. 4 and 5 felt like I had had some good racing last weekend.
