Afternoon Fartleky kind of workout with the distance running camp crew. We did 3x ~1,000m with some easy jogging, 5k race pace ish portions, and some faster, spicier portions. My legs felt good and sparky.
The we did ~100m hill repeats. I ended up doing 9 of them in 3 sets of 3. It's been a hot minute since I did that kind of hill repeats, and my glutes and hamstrings were definitely feeling the work by the end. But overall very happy with how I felt. Fun to be running in Decorah with fun people!
