Easy morning shakeout run. Ran 3-4 miles with yarrow before meeting the kiddos for their 10-15 min shakeout run, and then added a little afterwards to get 6. Legs felt good, but Yarrow definitely wanted to run a little faster than I did at 6:30 in the morning. Some things never change.
