Notes

Hour pool workout with Erin Ellefsen this morning. Great to have a buddy and we got some really good work done.

warm-up

5,4,3,2,1 mins hard tempo w/ 30 sec between each piece

10x 30 all-out, 15 seconds rest

5x (1 min all-out, 15 sec off, 30 sec all-out, 15 sec off) Really liked these pieces. Good and hard, and with variation for sanity.

finished with 2x 5 min hard tempo to finish off the hour.
