Over the last few weeks my new favorite workout has become a jump rope workout. It was my only outlet and my go-to while I was down in New Orleans for a week, and during that time it became very monotonous and mentally challenging. But when I can incorporate it into other things, I actually really enjoy it and thrive on the interval-type effort, pace and mentality.
30 min alternating 1 min jump roping with 1 min other body weight strength exercise.
Don't know all I did, made it up as I went along. Some were push-ups, dips, lunges, wall-sits, squats, abs etc.
