Notes

Ran 8 again today. Didn't mean to run the same distance two days in a row, but they had very different feels, so I'll let it go. Yesterday I felt heavy and tired, and it was truly easy. Today I felt spry, and my legs seem to be feeling recovered from a good week last week, and it was a true distance run with a very intentional element to it.

Looking forward to hopefully a short double tomorrow morning, to help my mileage for the week, and then either a run or track workout tomorrow afternoon, and the alternative on Friday.
