Notes
Did an out and back from the grocery store parking lot today before returning our ski equipment, and starting and finishing in a different place made all the difference in the world.
That, and we found a bike path that was relatively clear, and though we were still either climbing or descending depending upon the direction (there is no such thing as a flat road in Breckenridge) the climbs were more tame, and my legs felt recovered and my breathing felt much less labored than the last few days. Maybe we're acclimating a little bit? Or maybe it was just easier running. Yeah, probably the latter.
