Ran 5.5 with Anders and then put on my flats to do a few pick-ups and strides in anticipation of a workout tomorrow. Strides felt pretty good. I don't get any of my weird, electrical stimulus/pain like feelings in my shins when I do strides in flats like I get when I do them in my trainers, so I might stick to changing shoes before strides for a while. I'm trying to be diligent about my eccentric calf work in the process.
