Lots of fatigue from yesterday. Just went out and let the body do what it needed to do for a while. I don't really feel the need to push for mileage on recovery days right now. If I had a specific race in mind, sure. But I don't, and if running for 45 minutes sounds good the day after a workout, so bit it. I walked up a couple of hills just because I could, and it felt like the right decision.
