Notes

5 miles to start a big week. Legs didn't feel particularly snappy, but didn't feel awful either- just sorta there. I threw in 3x 1 min hard during the last 2 miles just to sort of turn things over a bit and try to find a little more spark. I think it kinda worked, hard to tell. Aimed at 65 miles and 2 workouts this week.
