kept it as flat and easy as I could today, legs were shot from a lot of hills and quality I haven't done for a long time. Brought my camera along and used the casual 8 as an opportunity to stop and take pictures of some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen. The sun rising over the Island of St. Thomas, Cruise ships leaving Cruz Bay after a night moored in the harbor, and tropical jungle and golden beaches as far as the eye can see.
