Long run of 10.
Boy oh boy was this one hard! But it didn't hurt at all, and that's what counts :)
Felt really good to hit the 10mile mark for the first time since pre-grandmas and the beginning of June.
Inner thighs were raging by the end, and the quads were pretty fatigued as well. I spent most of the last 2.5 miles being overly attentive to my right knee, but the ITband tightness never came.
Yay!
