Notes

Went to day 1 of Maple Grove Ski practice and did strength circuits with the kids and all of that coaching business.

Then Anders and I ran for an hour after practice was over to get in our own workout for the day. SO MUCH easier to do this when there are two of us headed out after practice, instead of just one of us. Way better than solo.

Plan for the week is run again tomorrow, then big ski workout Wednesday, probably ski long on Thursday, short and easy Friday, and then hopefully a run workout or specific ski strength workout and a lot of volume this weekend.
