Solid solo effort on a mild fall/winter day. Drove out to my parents house to ski somewhere besides the greenway and cedar lake trail in Minneapolis. Went out about 45 minutes to a significant climb on 24, then did about 30 min of specific strength work on the Hill: 4x no pole climb, 4x double pole climb, 2x full V1 climb.

By the time o was done with the hill work the muscles were starting to give out and lactic acid set in. It was awesome work.

The cool down got just a little long because i was tuckered out, but even so, i felt pretty strong throughout the 2 hour effort.

Was very pleased and proud to be done. And looking forward to having my workout buddy back from hunting and off from a weekend of work.

Also Nordic season starts tomorrow! Woop woop!
