Notes

got out this morning after a good recovery day yesterday. The legs felt good. Not extra spry or energetic, but good. It was a beautiful morning in the Oneota river valley. Ran lower and middle pali, felt like giving the legs still another day off of trails and burly climbs after a big weekend. By the time I was done my quads were ready to be done, but no real soreness or tightness, so it was a great run. Kept the pace relaxed. Could have run faster, but no need, wanted a really feel good morning.

Stopped around the river trail trailhead to stretch after running it in the direction towards the school. Stood by the bench close to the river and the little waterfall. Sunny in the valley and the fog had just lifted. Gorgeous.

The team has a fluffy, uptempo workout out and about today, and I plan to join a group for that this afternoon.
