Knee was pretty fatigued and unhappy today- so no running, and a good hour of mostly stretching and therapeutic yoga instead. Bummed that it feels this way, but I have my fingers crossed that's it just some acute tightness after a big effort.

My mileage totals for this week won't be what I had hoped, but I suppose I'll just have to let that go for the week, and know that my fitness was certainly tested and improved.
