Very little cool down

This workout was incredibly frustrating. My legs felt fantastic, but my digestive system did not.

I had to stop 4 different times to go to the bathroom. I was feeling so good I really wanted to do a 4th piece, that was the goal for the day, but finally after three I just gave up. Couldn't handle the stomach and intestines anymore, and I did very little cool down.

Ugh, bummer!

But still good to feel good.

Bummer is right. I hate days like this. Still, you're a stud and nothing that happened during this one workout will change that.
