Legs and body in general were quite fatigued, and I ran SO SLOW.
Watch said I averaged about 8:40's for an easy 4 miles, and let me tell you, it felt RIGHT after a really big effort and workout yesterday.
I also didn't have the watch going the whole time, and was distracted by kids and practice and such. I ran for about a half hour, and I guarantee it wasn't a full 4 miles, but I'm counting it as such anyway. Long hair don't care.
