Standard 8 mile loop on the CLT and Greenway.

Anders biked with me, and it was great to have company :)

Felt better as I went, and it felt like a very standard, 8 mile run in the middle of a long training block. The hour long runs are starting to feel shorter and easier, and the usual quad soreness is present most days. But I'm healthy, and happy, and getting fitter. Life is good. And the weather could not have been more perfect. Happy Fall!
