You're gonna be okay. You've built up too much strength and resilience to think about dark things. Two full days off. I dare you, it's not going to detract from training in the slightest. Just do it justice. Respect the achilles. I know it sucks. Don't test it, don't check it, let it sit. Real rest. It'll turn around. Respect it, don't test it.

Ah -- dang! Hope you're getting some good rest in and are feeling better soon. Resting is the best training some days!
