Lifting with the MG kiddos. I did a lot of coaching, did some of their lists with them, and then did my own work for a bit too. Iv missed the weight room, and it was awesome to get back in one. And it’s a free weight room, boo ya. Hoping to be in there most Saturday’s with the kids, and when we get all our coaches keys we can probably get in there some other days after practice as well.

Squats 3x8

Thigh Pull 4x8

Bench Press 3x10

Pull-ups 3x5

Dips 3x5

Back extensions 3x10
