Another easy run with Anders, late afternoon, after he woke up before a night shift.

We had planned on an hour and then he wasn’t feeling it so we only went a half hour. I was slightly bummed at first, but my totals for the week are going to be just fine even with two easy run days in a row, so I’m over it. In the long run my body will probably appreciate the rest. I’ll still get my 10 hours for the week, get a long ski in, and already accomplished the L3 workout for the week. Might as well take an easy day when it’s an option!
