Felt slightly harder today than it should have, given the pace, but I'm feeling the fatigue of good lifting and workouts again after the break, so a little suggishness makes sense. I don't think sluggishness is a word, but it seemed the best to appropriately describe my feeling.
The workout was still a great one. No complaints. The glutes, hamstrings, and inner thighs are feeling the squats, thigh pulls, and lunges from two days ago.
Felt great to have it done by 8am, as always! Hopefully a lift later.
