A nice, easy day was in the cards after a big weekend.

Ran 4 easy on the treadmill. And just to switch it up and keep the miles ticking by, I did a progressive warm-up for about 2.8 miles and then did 3x 1 min hard ish with full recovery.

Legs felt surprisingly good today- except for R calf- its absolutely shredded ad is tender to the touch and sore walking around and up/down stairs. I guess that's what I get for racing twice in a weekend, and once in spikes for the first time in a calendar year. Hopefully I can get it back to full strength before next saturday- going in to a ski marathon with a bad calf doesn't bode well.
