Quick but REALLY good weight session after my run. I'm stronger and I can tell, and its fun.
Jump Squat- 3x 10 and 1x 15- increased the weight a lot this week and still felt really explosive. Boo ya.
Jump pull-ups 3x 7- didn't feel nearly as hard as last week. Nice.
Clap pull-ups- 3x 15; also did't feel nearly as hard as last week.
3x 1 min wall sit- felt really hard. Quads are quite tired.
Med ball/decline abs 6 min
