Body build circuit with Doug and Vaughn.

Legends was closed today because it's spring break, but the three of us were able to get in with keys. It was fun! Legends all to ourselves, playing our own music, shouting all over and acting goofy, it was a very fun start to my day!

And a good workout. About 15-20 exercises, 12 reps each. I won't be able to remember them all now as I'm sitting at home in MN, but the sheets are in legends and I plan to do it again!

It was fun to lift with Doug and Vaughn. Here's what I remember:

Upright row

Overhead press

Dead lift

Single leg hamstring curl
