Notes

Took me a long time to warm-up today. I felt really choppy and uncoordinated for the first 3.5 miles, ish, and only finally felt smooth for last bit. It was one of those days when by the time you finally feel good, the run is over, and it maybe even would have been nice to continue for a bit just to be able to enjoy the feeling of good running. However, I have 13-14 miles and a huge workout staring me in the eye tomorrow, and I'm hoping I can just take that feeling of good running and put it in my back pocket.
