Notes

Did the prologue this morning. After watching it yesterday I couldn't help it, it looked so fun.

10x 600s @ 2:30 with 200 jog recovery in 60s

Yesterday yarrow stopped them at 10 so that's how many I did, it was fun to be back on the track again.

Calves tightened up towards the end, but the fitness was definitely there.

Sweet! I wanted to do the prologue here sometime this week, but I swear all the tracks in Madison have a large fence around them... :(
