Notes
Run felt okay today, but hopefully the legs will continue to come around over the next few days. Im discovering that I dug them into a pretty deep hole the last week with 22 and quality last sunday, a big half marathon pace workout and 14 mile day on Wednesday, and then 65+ miles last week. They felt pretty dead on Sunday when I did 16 just flat to finish the week. It was awesome to have a day off yesterday.
Run felt just okay, but I got home and changed shoes and did 4 strides and the strides felt awesome!
