Took a short break at Morning Glory (halfway) and another at a mile to go. When I started it felt quite easy and relaxed but I knew I would soon be heaving for breath. After 2 miles or so the moderate pace was getting to me. Even with the breaks, the run was more of a tempo run based on the effort. My legs feel great on every run but I don't think my lungs have adjusted very well yet. Now that I'm starting to settle in here, I might start to run 5 days a week and get my lungs adjusted. We will see how I'll feel on June 14th at the Yellowstone 5k in Gardiner.
